The renter's dog poop

The fish pond has not been cleaned, needs 6 inches of water added and the fish are beginning to die.  Many of these fish were five to six years old and weighed a pound.  I took this picture on May 7th, 2011 in the presence of Ashland Police Officers Smith and Stewart on a walk through of repairs Mr. Jensen was to have made.  (see attached legal request from Carlyle Stout in documents)

Here is one of the dead bamboo plants that was killed by the Jensen's dog and the piles of defecation left for weeks and months on the ground around the plant.

This is a second dying bamboo plant (Note: the third bamboo plant, off to the right, clearly has a vibrant healthy color).  These plants were flourishing for the previous 3 years before the Jensen's rented the home.

The dead plant near the window (looking behind the fence) is my once beautiful and thriving fragrant red rose, which was well established having been planted 10 years ago.

A view of front yard with 2 and 3 foot weeds taken on May 24th, 2011.  Grass no longer exists as the Jensen's dog dug much of it up and what was not killed by a solid layer of months of dog defecation was killed off by the lack of mowing.

Mr. Jensen was provided a lawn mower that had been tuned up and was in excellent operating condition (see receipt from the repair shop in documents section of my affidavit), a gallon of gas, an additional new air filter and lawn mower oil to assist him with keeping the lawn cared for.  There was also an electric weed-whacker in the garage for his use.

The cedar fence is almost 5 feet in height.

On January 20th, 2011, I had Mr. Jensen's permission to walk on the property with Randy from Upper Limb-It Tress Services.  We could barely walk on the property there were so many months of dog feces on the ground.  I called Mr. Jensen immediately and asked that he clean the yard, I also emailed him.  He sent his young son Ayden out to clean the yard.  It was much improved, yet weeks later it was back to this mess.  These pictures were taken a month after the Randy and I walked the property and discussed cutting and trimming trees.  Nothing had been picked up in a month's time.  Here is what I saw.

The mud and lack of grass is a direct result of Mr. Jensen's dog tearing up the yard and Mr. Jensen not maintaining the property per lease agreement.

Mr. Jensen told Officers Smith and Stewart that he could not be expected to go out in the rain to pick up the dog poop.  In a month's time there were several days when it did not rain. 

The dog or possibly the rake used to clean up the dog's poop pulled up a great deal of the weed barrier cloth.  Several inches of bark mulch were removed with and taken out with the dog dirt.  I need to replace approximately 2 cubic yards of bark mulch, the mulch used to be 4-6 inch deep throughout the entire side and back yards.

These pictures were taken the day I installed the new pump in the pond.  That same day I cleaned a filthy pond filtration system and added water to the pond.  I have cleaned the pond 3 times for Mr. Jensen.  Mr. Jensen had an email several days in advance informing him that I was coming to replace the pump.
